Quality Control

Italian Excellence

Quality control is a cornerstone of Siderscal’s operations, ensuring our steel products meet the highest safety and performance standards. Through rigorous testing at various production stages, we identify defects, improve efficiency, and reduce non-conformity costs, providing reliable and durable products to our clients.

Quality Control

In our quality control laboratories, we conduct tests to verify parameters required by reference standards, including:

Impact test
Elongation test
Bending
Tensile Strength

Each sample is cataloged to ensure full traceability from the casting number. Additional tests performed include:

– Surface Testing
– Ultrasonic Testing
– Adhesive Label Marking
– Ink Marking
– Mechanical stamping
